• Do not use in major label placements or commercial campaigns
• License is non-transferable
• Use stems (unless explicitly included). You may not reverse-engineer or recreate stems from the beat. You may not resell, redistribute, or repurpose this beat in any form — including sample packs, loop kits, NFTs, or beat stores. This includes derivative use such as chopping, looping, or repackaging into any production tool.

📄 COPYRIGHT OWNERSHIP:

Any violation of these terms may result in immediate license termination without refund. Legal action may be pursued in cases of infringement, redistribution, or misuse.
